Are regulations needed for Bike Sharing services?

For many Sydney Residents bike sharing is becoming more of a hinderance than a help. We chatted with Inner West Mayor Darcy Byrne on the recent influx of bike share companies in Sydney. Inner West along with 5 other inner city councils have given these enterprises three months to adhere to a new set of guidelines.

Byrne says the operators are on board with the changes but also suggested that regulation might come into play on a state level.
