Rishi Ready to move to Number 10

Boris Johnson pulled out of the leadership race today, leaving just Rishi Sunak and Penny Mordaunt as the only other possible candidates.

Penny Mordaunt has only a slim chance as it would depend on Boris Johnson supporters swinging over to her.  Yet, Rishi Sunak has been the front runner before so there could still be an upset
