Running a Successful COVID-19 Vaccine Information Campaign

Running a successful campaign always requires a lot of careful thought and planning.

In the case of the federal government’s recent $23.9 million COVID-19 vaccination information campaign, success has never been more important.  

With this in mind, how can the federal government ensure that success is achieved? And, what are the hallmarks of a good campaign?
