Siri Snitches? Your “Ok Google” Requests Can Be Used Against You In Court

Do you own a Fitbit or a Google Home? Or do you ask Siri lots of questions? If you own any voice activated device, the chances are that what you say is recorded and stored away. This means that if you are ever prosecuted, recordings that are made by these devices can be used as evidence against you in court. These can include your location and any questions asked to the device. How easy is it to obtain this information? What kind of information can be used against us? We spoke to Professor Michael Legg from the University of New South Wales to answer our questions.
