Sitting and the effect on the brain

What are you doing right now? Are you walking or are you sitting down at work like myself?  We tend to sit down for most of the day don’t we? At work, school, reading the paper. New research is looking at how sitting may affect the brain’s fuel supply and have a negative impact on brain health. Myles-Houlbrook Walk was joined by  Michael Wheeler, a PhD Candidate in Exercise Physiology at Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute.
