Small Business Ombudsman Targets Unfair Contract Terms

The Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman has set her sights on terms on contracts considered to be unfair.

The Ombudsman, Kate Carnell says she wants tougher penalties on larger businesses who are caught out adding terms smaller businesses would find difficult to uphold.
