South Australia last state to have ‘gay panic’ defense

South Australia has come under the spotlight recently for all the wrong reasons, becoming the last Australian state to still have the ‘gay panic defence’ after Queensland abolished their gay panic legislation on Tuesday night. To discuss the need for change, we spoke to Chris Pycroft, Co- Convenor of the NSW Gay and Lesbian Rights Lobby.
