Sporting fandom is a strange thing. So often Australians refer to it as a “religion”. Why? Is it just an Aussie thing? What makes us so attached to “our” team. Nic caught up with sociologist, Nick Osbaldiston to ask about the primal drive for tribalism. He then confessed that his true sporting love isn’t even a New South Wales team!
