The infamous and elusive Penrith Panther – is it a myth or is it reality?

Toby Chapman, the director of Penrith regional gallery and curator of the new exhibition Spot the Difference joined Danny on 2SER Breakfast to talk about the show and Penrith’s relationship to the panther in its symbolic and mythical forms.

Toby has gathered 16 artists to respond to the panther theme, presenting bodies of work that either connect with the mythology and iconography of the panther, or engage with the cultural and social functions of myth storytelling in contemporary culture.
