Supercoiling Fibers with Professor Geoff Spinks

2SER’s Wilamina Russo spoke to Professor Geoff Spinks about his research and study of supercoiling fibers. Professor Spinks is a senior professor at the Australian Institute for Innovative Materials at the University of Wollongong. His work on these supercoiling fibers relates primarily to their potential application in artificial muscles as well as other prosthetics.
