Sydney’s Cold Snap Freezes Traffic Lights

Yesterday morning several traffic lights in Sydney’s city had frozen over as temperatures dipped into the single digits, causing the lights to flash yellow! Traffic technicians had to physically reboot each traffic light due the circuits ‘shorting out’. Tess spoke to Senior Spokesperson for the Transport Management Centre Dave Wright to get to the bottom of what happened.
