The Beths on Obama’s Summer Playlist, Doja Cat Sketchers and Touring

Hailing from New Zealand, The Beths are an indie-rock group taking the world by storm. Having just hit massive stages worldwide, the band is about to return down under. 

Their latest album, ‘Expert in a Dying Field’ explores relationships, endings and change. It’s a complete and wholistic album that was a highlight of 2022.

They’ve been drawing fans in for years, since the release of their first album Future Me Hates Me back in 2018. They’re back, and better than ever – playing shows across Sydney, Perth and Melbourne across the next few weeks.

Lead Singer Elizabeth Stokes sat down and had a chat with Dream State host, Jasmin Williams earlier this week to chat all things tour, pre-show rituals and Doja Cat.
