The Future of NZ Dairy – 3MT

Tuesday Daily was joined live by Milena Bojovic from Macquarie University’s Discipline of Geography and Planning.

3MT – 3 Minute Thesis – is a competition where entrants are challenged to reduce their 80,000 word thesis (which typically takes 9 hours to present), down into a 3 minute video.

We spoke to Milena about sustainable food systems and the future of dairy in New Zealand – where there’s more cows than people!
