The Hottest 100 Oracle

Does it feel like your entire feed now consists solely of your friends Hottest 100 choices? It’s that time of year again, when Triple J opens the votes for the hottest one hundred song’s of the year gone by, and one avid listener is certain he can predict this year’s winners.

Nick Whyte is a software engineer and has designed a website that analyses screenshots posted to social media of peoples votes and calculates the likely order of the countdown.

His website, “100 warmest Tunas” has accurately predicted 8 out of the top 10 songs from the last two years, and Nick joined us on Drive to discuss his third year back in the game.
