The Importance of Algorithms

With algorithms a cornerstone of programming, from facebook to how centrelink operates, they affect our lives more than we might think. In fact it might be important to understand how these algorithms operate to realise what we are being exposed to and why we are being exposed to it. To teach us more about algorithms and their significance, The Daily was joined by Simon Elvery, a developer from the ABC.
