The Master & Margarita at Belvoir Theatre

The Belvoir St Theatre will finish 2023 with a bang with their final show of the year, The Master & Margarita  – a stage adaptation of Mikhail Bulgakov’s legendary novel which was written in secret in Russia under the Stalinist regime.

It’s a wild, joyful and magnificent story with a giant talking cat, a mad novelist, a ruthless officer of the secret police, and Margarita, a witch trying to save a lost manuscript – and everyone else. Adapted and directed by Eamon Flack, it stars the lovely Paula Arundell who joined Danny Chifley on the 2SER Breakfast show.
