The Misinformation About Abortion in NSW

Abortion has been officially a criminal offence since 1900 in NSW, with the punishment today being up to 10 years in prison if you unlawfully acquire one. A new survey has found that 76% of people don’t know that abortion remains a criminal offence in New South Wales, despite a majority hoping for decriminalisation.
