The Road Ahead: Policies and Tech That Can Make E-Scooters Safer in Australia

There are so many benefits to e-bikes and e-scooters: health, the environmental impact, urban accessibility and traffic de-congestion. But more and more people are getting injured in e-scooter and e-bike related accidents or worse. A Perth man tragically died after being struck by an e scooter on the 31st of May. This is following the death of a Victorian who was hit by a modified e-bike going 90 km/h.
