The Shadow Transport Minister on Sydney Train Fiasco

Over the past few months, Sydney’s train network has been plagued with delays, technical problems and breakdowns. Why is this happening? Is our Minister for Transport, Andrew Constance responsible? Tess had a chat to the NSW shadow Minister for transport, Jodi McKay on what exactly has caused all the recent problems with the network and why NSW Labor thinks the current transport minister should resign.
