Tuvaluan ‘climate’ visa in full swing

A new permanent visa for Tuvaluans is already in full swing, and a third of the population has entered into the ballot.

The ‘climate visa’ pathway to allow Tuvaluans to work, study, and live in Australia, and unlike other visas, it does not require a job offer.

While most of Tuvaluans may decide to stay at home, this pathway allows Tuvaluans some mobility with Australia to support their communities and families.
