UNSW Eating and Appetite Symposium

The conference sphere of food is dominated by the disciplines of nutrition and agriculture, but the Eating and Appetite Symposium held at the University of NSW last Friday – was an example of an emerging trend in academia, that of interdisciplinary. The keynote speakers represented the fields of psychiatry, psychology and public health.
