Water Wise Gardening

Although rain has touched many parts of urban Sydney, level 2 water restrictions are still in place, due to low levels within Sydney’s dams.  Considering that backyard gardening for food production is growing in popularity, how can citizens harness and cultivate water wise measures, in order to sustain their produce from withering, due to water restrictions?  Jess spoke with Peter Carroll from SCRAP on ways to use water wisely in times of water restrictions.
