We Need More Women In Trade

There’s a skills shortage in manual trades and female workers could be the key to fixing this issue. However, a recent study by Charles Sturt University has identified many barriers that lie in the way of women wanting to pursue trade. In such a male dominated industry, these barriers are a problem. We were joined by Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University, Dr Larissa Bamberry to talk more about this.
