The Weekend Sports Wrap – 3rd Oct

Over the weekend footy fans witnessed the Cronulla Sharks claim their first ever premiership in 49-years and the Western Bulldogs end their 62-year title drought. It was an underdog tale, Daniel Ricciardo also won the Malaysian Grand Prix after Lewis Hamilton’s engine blew. Ricciardo celebrated in syle with his famous ‘shoey’ scull, necking a beer out of a shoe. Their would have been plenty of ‘shoeys’ from the premiership starved Cronulla and Bulldogs fans ,who’s long wait is finally over.
