Weighted bra lifting up awareness on female athletes pay gap

A new report released this week shows how women in sports are still not well represented, with a staggering pay gap difference of 13.1 per cent against their male counterparts.

While there is slow progress in the sector, there aren’t enough women in executive positions.

To raise awareness in the sports industry, Advancing Women in Business and Sports created a weighted bra to be used exclusively for men across the sports sector.
