What Lehrmann’s defamation case says to rape victims

This week Bruce Lehrmann lost his defamation case against Network TEN and journalist Lisa Wilkinson at a Federal Court.

The Court found, on the balance of probabilities, Mr Lehrmann raped Brittany Higgins in 2019.
