What the Opposition wants from the 2023 Budget

Tonight Treasurer Jim Chalmers will deliver his second budget, with an announcement of a surplus for the first time in 15 years.

Some of the policies already announced for this year’s budget are cost of living support, a pay increase for aged care workers, and more money for defence.
