Why can’t I keep still after intense exercise?

Do you ever feel like you can’t stop moving after you’ve pushed yourself exercising?

Sometimes the body knows what’s best for us, because moving around after intense exercise does actually help the body recover faster.

Professor Ken Nosaka is here to tell us just how that works – and what to do if all you feel like is a lie-down!

He’s Professor of Exercise and Sports Science, at Edith Cowan University, and joined us on the Thursday Daily today.
