When was the last time you were at a small gig? As we know, local live music venues are having it tough right now, where donations from the musicians themselves seem to be the only thing keeping them afloat.

Dr Sam Whiting, Senior Research Fellow in Music Industries at RMIT University, joined host Cameron Furlong this morning to explore this issue further.
