Foreign investments are already driving up house prices in Australia.

 

But last month, the Chinese online wholesaler JD.com reached a deal that made them the first ever Chinese retail website to sell Australian apartments online.

 

When housing prices are already at record breaking numbers, what does this mean for the Australian property market?

 

Ben Robinson talked with the President of the Real Estate Institute of Australia Malcolm Gunning to find out if he supported this new deal.
