World Health Organisation Classifies Video Game Addiction As A Disorder

For many, video games are a release, a hobby, or a sport. But for a small portion of the 2.5 billion people in the world who are gaming, video games are an unhealthy obsession. The World Health Organisation has recently included “gaming disorder” in the International Classifications of Diseases, alongside substance and gambling addictions.
