Your Selfie is Art

Ever thought your face could be part of a museum’s exhibition? Well now your dream could come true with a new project by State Library of NSW, transforming everyday selfies into an immersive exhibition experience with the aim of capturing the contemporary face of NSW.

Julia Carr-Catzel was joined by Paula Bray, photographer and DX lab leader of the State Library, to discuss the event.

Upload your selfies to social media with the hashtag #NewSelfWales. The project is on show at the State Library of NSW from 6 October 2018 to 13 February 2019.
